Join us for a winter's afternoon warmed by Apsley Gorge wines, Waubs Harbour whiskies & host of local fare by chef Andrew Gerstkamp to celebrate the launch of our new limited release whisky, the Apsley Collab!

Our upcoming limited release Apsley Collab whisky is a collaboration with the esteemed winemaker Brian Franklin from Apsley Gorge Vineyard; a world class winery using traditional French methods located on the east coast of Tasmania. 

The launch event will begin at Apsley Gorge Vineyard, just 10 minutes north of Bicheno, for a wine tasting with Brian himself, an exclusive experience not publicly available. 

To follow, guests will arrive at Waubs Harbour Distillery in Bicheno for a behind the scenes insight into the story of our limited release, guided by Head Distiller Rob.

Throughout the afternoon, chef Andrew Gertkamp will treat guests to an array of local produce, expertly prepared.

Guests will also have the first opportunity to taste our new Apsley Collab limited release whisky in our Tasting Room, overlooking the ocean here at Waubs Harbour on the east coast of Tasmania.
